We're better together.
After a year of working together - but not really working together -
Bryan Malley and Mike Norman had an epiphany.
A moment of clarity, if you will. As soon as we stopped doing our own
thing and started working as a team, truly excellent stories became
our trademark. We soon realized that consistently strong and
distinctive work emerges from the accountability that comes from
working as a team.

After deciding to make our partnership official, it was time to
choose a name. Following a grueling thumb wrestling match and the
realization that Norman|Malley sounded too much like one guy anyway,
we settled on Malley|Norman and embarked on a creative journey. The
rest is storytelling history.
